William (Bill) Roach Ph.D. - Theology, Philosophy, Apologetics, New Testament, and Greek
Dr. William (Bill) Roach is an ordained Baptist minister and the vice-president of the International Society of Christian Apologetics. He is an adjunct professor at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC; Capital Theological Seminary in Washington D. C.; and Instituto Biblico Reformando Neuva Providencia in Medellin, Colombia. Dr. Roach operates a website titled: www.williamroach.org and is a contributing editor to www.defendinginerrancy.com . He also travels nationally and internationally to address theological, biblical, and apologetic issues. He has authored or co-authored numerous books and articles, some include: Defending Inerrancy (Baker Books, 2012); Hermeneutics as Epistemology: A Critical Assessment of Carl F. H. Henry’s Epistemological Approach to Hermeneutics (Wipf & Stock, 2015); Vital Issues in the Inerrancy Debate (Wipf & Stock, 2016); The Jesus Quest (Xulon, 2014). Dr. Roach earned the following degrees: B.A. in Religious Studies from Southern Evangelical Bible College (Matthews, NC); M.A., in Theology and Philosophy from Southern Evangelical Seminary (Matthews, NC); Th.M. in New Testament and Greek from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, NC); PhD in Theology and Philosophy from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, NC).
